Sanjay did a great job installing our air conditioner! He gives personalized service and is always available by phone when we have a question. He truly goes above & beyond for his customers and he uses the best products. We would definitely use Blue Star again and recommend to anyone looking for A/C work.
I recently wasn’t able get my condenser to start. Sanjay with Blue Star contacted me soon after I submitted my HomeAdvisor request, and he was able to schedule an appointment for the following morning. AC Tech Juan arrived right at the scheduled time. To my relief, he found the problem was simply a wiring short. I found Blue Star to be very reliable and trustworthy, and I will be scheduling a check-up/maintenance service for my second unit with them very shortly.
Very prompt and professional service. Sanjay and his tech (Tony), arrived right on time and diagnosed our AC issue quickly. Fixed the problem and offered a few maintance issues we may want to address. I would hire Blue Star again. Very pleased with their service. In early July, 2021, we were in the market for a Trane A/C and called Blue Star, for information and quotes. Sanjay, the owner, took the call and promised to assess our requirement on site the next day. He arrived promptly, inspected the site, identified systems that would meet our needs, checked product availability and delivery times and finally presented us with two options- a basic 14 seer system or a more advanced one of 17 seer. He described the pros and cons of each system and gave me his total installed price for each. The information provided made it very easy for us to make a decision. We chose the more expensive 17 seer option for its higher efficiency and lower operating cost. Sanjay arranged to have the system installed the very next day. Sanjay and his team showed up on time and completed the job by the end of the day. They left the work site very neat and clean. Sanjay was fully engaged throughout the installation project. The team members were knowledgeable, experienced and very diligent. They were determined that the job would be done properly. That was very satisfying. The new system qualified for a Duke Energy rebate. Sanjay completed application form and compiled all the necessary documents. All we have to do is to schedule the required energy check, then sign and submit the application package. Sanjay was passionate about ensuring that we would be pleased with his work. The service was exceptional. I was very pleased with their work. They answered my questions where I could understand what they were saying. When they got there, they wasted no time and got to work. They didn’t stop working until the job was done. After they finished they took the time to make pleasant conversation and left on a high note. The two technicians that were working together worked as a team and you could see that as a causal observer. I don’t know what they did to my A/C system,. But, whatever they did, they made the A/C system operate more efficiently and run better than it ever did since I bought the house in 2001. Fantastic job!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
